Status of supplements?

Post by danbuter »

I haven't seen much of anything regarding BASH Fantasy or all the other supplements in a while. Just wanted to know what's going on. Is this game on life support? It feels like it.

A lot of the slowdown was due to getting the 2nd printing finished, handed off to C7, printed off, and into distribution. With that done, I can focus again on more BASH! product.

Well Megapolis YEAR 2 is coming along nicely. Also a PACK 2 for Cavalcade will be formulating soon. I'll also finally be getting on BAM#6, as Kevin has offered to put it together. It definately has all the material it needs, so I'll be sending that off to him this week.

Other projects that are coming are ZeroeS, BASH! Fantasy: Legends of Steel, and Age of Olympus.

A non-BASH! project, Honor + Intrigue is also nearly finished with the draft.

The thing that has been keeping Zeroes and Age of Olympus from release for so long has been a lack of artwork. Artwork has been commissioned, but it is s l o w in arrival at times, coming in fits and starts.

Legends of Steel had a lot of editing that needed doing, but I think I finished that up tonight. Now it goes back to layout.

The first pack of Awesome Powers will be covering the Elemental Power Suites (Fire, Earth, Wind, Water, Ice, Electricity, etc). More art is needed for this project, however.

I need to finish the stuff that is 90% finished before I shift gears, though. I have much of the writing done for the Power Suites, but I'm going to need to commission more artwork, arrange layout, etc.

What is that a challenge? Ben did a great job with that one and turned out some not so typical TYPES. You will be pleasantly surprised.

I was joking that you were challenging me to stat up a green lantern character.

Ah. You could likely do that without much effort, so it's not much of a challenge :P

These templates would compliment a Green Lantern/Ion Guard setting as player alternatives or Narrator npcs. When I put these "Types" together I was trying to create hero archetypes that would fit nicely into space-centered game settings, or as space heroes adventuring on earth.

The basic builds for these "Types" are for the World-Class level.
