Let me know when the deadtree version gets over to the UK (I know that might be awhile) as I'd like to get a copy, especially as I helped with the editing. :-P (like pdfs, love books)

I think BASHMAN is waiting until he can find as much errata as possible to correct before sending it for print.

Looking at the errata thread on rpg.net, there are many minor errors that he will likely correct before sending it to the printer. Which is fine by me

Last call on Errata is this week. Next 1-2 weeks will be spent fixing this errata and otherwise getting the file print ready. After that, it gets passed onto the printers. They have to print a proof. Once that proof is checked to make sure it passes inspection, they then do the mass printing.
From there, books will be going to a warehouse and some will be coming here. Once I have books in hand, I can give people their shipping costs. Once you get a payment request for your shipping amount, you'll know it means I have your book ready to go. Once I have the shipping cost paid, I will send it out by the next business day.
My hope is this will be finished in March.
