I saw those pictures several months ago. When I first saw Superman's look for the New 52, I was struck by how similar they were.

I really like the costume. It certainly doesn't look like bland spandex - not with those genuine looking, enhanced muscles!

From pics of Henry Cavill without his shirt, I believe those genuine looking muscles are genuine.
